Who We Are
Fifi Bijou, trading as Fifi Forever, is a jewellery business based at 1st Floor, The Old Kent Market, 8 Fort Hill, Margate, Kent CT9 1HD. We decide how your personal information is used, so we are the data controller.

What We Collect, and Why
- Enquiries. Your name, contact details and message, so we can reply. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering you.
- Bookings and vouchers. Your name, contact details, appointment details and payment status, so we can run your appointment. Our legal basis is performing our contract with you.
- Online orders and bespoke requests. Your name, delivery address, contact details and any wording or design you ask us to make, so we can make and send your order. Our legal basis is performing our contract with you.
- Accounts and legal records. Records of sales and payments, because the law requires us to keep them.
- Analytics (only if you accept cookies). Pages visited and buttons clicked, so we can improve the site. Our legal basis is your consent.
We never see or store your full card details. Payments are handled by our payment providers.
Who We Share It With
Only the people who help us run the business, and only what they need: our booking, voucher and payment providers, our website host (Cloudflare), email (Google), couriers (to deliver your order) and Google Analytics if you accept cookies. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for other companies' marketing. Some of these providers process data outside the UK, under safeguards such as the UK addendum to standard contractual clauses.
Marketing
We only send marketing emails if you have asked for them, and every email includes a way to stop them.
How Long We Keep It
We keep enquiries for 12 months, and booking and order records for 6 years because of tax and accounting rules. Analytics data is deleted after 14 months.
Your Rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict it. Contact us using the details above. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Cookies
With your permission, we use analytics cookies from Google to see which pages are useful. Nothing is switched on unless you accept, and you can change your mind at any time using “Cookie choices” in the footer.
