Delivery

We deliver within the UK and post with a tracked service. Delivery is £5.99, and postage is free on orders over £100. We dispatch within 2 to 3 days. We can ship abroad too: please email us first so we can arrange it.

Changing Your Mind

For ready-made items, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, and you then have a further 14 days to send it back. Please email us first. Items must be unworn and in their original condition, and you pay the cost of posting them back unless they are faulty. We refund you within 14 days of getting the item back.

Personalised and Engraved Items

Personalised and engraved pieces are made just for you, so they cannot be returned or changed unless they are faulty.

Faulty or Not as Described

If something arrives faulty or isn't as described, contact us with a photo as soon as you can. We will repair, replace or refund it, and this never affects your legal rights. If damage is caused by the wearer, we can repair it for a small charge, and repairs to jewellery bought elsewhere are £15.

Permanent Jewellery Appointments

Booking deposits are £15 per person, come off the price of your piece, and are non-refundable. If you need to change your date, message us and we will always try to accommodate you.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers never expire and can be used for anything at Fifi Bijou.
