A little care keeps it sparkling. Here's what to know, and what to do if something goes wrong.
Everyday Care
Our pieces are made for everyday life. Shower, swim, sleep and work out in them.
Rinse in fresh water after the sea, a chlorinated pool or a hot tub, and pat dry. Keep perfume, hairspray and bleach away from your jewellery where you can. Sterling silver can darken over time, and a soft cloth brings the shine back.
Repairs and Warranty
- Fitted by us and it breaks? We fix it for free, and the free fix warranty doesn't run out.
- Fitted somewhere else? We'll fix it for £15.
- Repairs to jewellery you didn't buy from us are £15.
- Personalised and engraved pieces can't be returned or changed unless faulty.
It Broke!
Pop in and we'll sort it. Bring the piece and, if you can, tell us where it was fitted.
MRI or Surgery Coming Up?
Book the removal and reweld service. We take your piece off and weld it back on when you're ready. It's £15, and the price covers both the removal and the reweld.
